Ask your spouse to tell you three things that cause him or her to be uncomfortable or irritated with you. You must do so without attacking them.

My spouse did not co-operate … so I did not get three things … though I’m pretty sure there must be more than 3 things that cause him to be uncomfortable because of me … give me time to figure it out …
